Friday's final session was strong for Schroeder!  Two team records were broken:  Hannah bested her 100 yd fly record with a 53.9 and Gwen recorded a 1:03.0 in the breast.  The men (Adam, Nick, Jake and Chandler) won the 4 x 100 Free Relay with a 3:03 and there were several other significant swims.   Alex improved her prelim time in the 200 and raced to a 1:48 in the final, Danielle swam well in the C and improved to 1:53.1.  Meghan Casey went a little faster in the 100...

Good start after an uneventful travel day here in Oklahoma.  The meet is the biggest it's been ever but Schroeder shined in the relay events and posted some good results. Hannah swam a gutsy 200 fly tonight in the B final. She went out 55.1 and finished with 1:57.10 and (8th place haha technicality). Women's team will be about 26th overall all

Cassandra Jernberg will likely finish 16th in the mile at the 2013 USA swimming winter nationals in Knoxville TN. Still to go are 8 athletes in tonight's evening heat. Great meet for Cass!

  Hannah swam to a 9th place finish in the prelims of the 200 yd fly at the USA National Championships this morning in Knoxville, TN.  Her time of 1:58.23 establishes and new state and team mark.  Cassandra will race the Mile later this afternoon and then Hannah will compete in finals.

Hannah swam a strong race and was out well at the 50 at 25.5. The last 25 was a little slower but a great result overall! First points at a USA swimming nationals!
