Fri Prelim Super for SSTY!

Lots of strong swimming this morning in OKC!  In a session that typically sees tired & rough swims after a long day on Thursday - SSTY crushed it for the most part with fast swims.  in the 200 free Alex is 5th and Danielle is in the C with a great 200 at 1:53 and Khia went a best going under 2:00 for the first time.  Gwen leads the way witha new team record in the 100 Breast 1:03.54 and is seeded 3rd, Meghan broke through and was 1:05.5 and is 9th and Eleanor dropped a second for 1:11.  Hannah is 3rd in the fly, Alex dropped 1.1 for a 58.9, and Eleanor dropped 1.1.  In the men's fly Adam and Ellis are in the top 8, Nick just missed and is 9th.  Kimmy went a best in the 4IM dipping under 4:40 and Chandler went at best too going under 4:15.  16 swims and 10 best times.
