Schroeder finished 6th in Combned Team Scoring at the 2021 Speedo Summer Championship in Irvine California. 18 Schroeder athletes, the largest contingent ever, traveled to sunny SoCal for 5 days of competition. Schroeder raced its way to a 4th overall finish at the 12 & Under Wisconsin State Swimming Championships! There was lots of great racing and plenty of top 8 finishers! Congratulations to Briggs Borchardt (1st overall 10 & Under Boys) and Logan Christain (3rd overall 10 & Under Boys) for placing top 3 for high point in their age group! The bar has been set high for the 13 & Overs competing at State this upcoming weekend! Nice job everyone! We are Schroeder!

Schroeder was crowned champions of the 2021 Western Great Lakes Open over the last weekend! It was great to have a P/F meet with spectators again! The energy in the building was fantastic, especially on Saturday finals. There were many terrific swims! I traveled to the Ramirez Aquatic Center yesterday evening to check in and see the groups train. I was so pleased and want to share my comments to all of our coaches. I wanted to say that as I watched your groups last evening I was struck by the overall tone of training. Thank you to those who participated in the survey regarding your comfort with reopening. Based on the results of the surveys, guidance from local health departments and the CDC, as well as the increasing availability of vaccine and decreasing infection rates, the following updates for Schroeder athletes and families will begin on Wednesday, 5/19. Schroeder traveled with 15 athletes to their first ever appearance at the NCSA Age Group Championships in Orlando, FL! Despite having the fewest numbers in the Top 10, we finished 8th overall with the boys finishing 6th overall! One of the highlights of the weekend was the 13-14 Boys 200 medley relay breaking the team, meet AND State records! You can watch the race HERE!
