2021 KMSC Pro-Am

25 Schroeder swimmers traveled to Dallas / Lewsiville for a senior meet, December 16 - 19, 2021.  It was a great conclusion to the fall season and featured many great individual and relay performances.

Schroeder's women finished 3rd behind Razorback Aquahawgs and the Dads Club, and in the combined division, Schroeder was 5th.

It was obvious to me (Dave), that Schroeder's swimmers were highly skilled when compared to the other athletes in the meet.  Things like Underwater Kicking, turns and our strokes standout to me.

Kennedy Rainwater was the top amateur distance award winner!  Gabrielle LePine won all three breast stroke races, Hannah Saiz won the fly events, Alana Berlin won the 100 and 200 backs, Emma Lemler won the 50 back and Sam Lorenz won the 50 back.

Schroeder also won the 200 Free Relay - Alana, Hannah, Morgan Meyer and Emma.

Maggie Dickinson lead the US in the 50 back for 11 year olds and John Paul Brostowitz leads the US in the 100 back for 13 year olds.

Meghan Cady qualified for Y Nationals in the 100 back for the first time and our friend Maxine McAllister was there with Dallas Mustangs!

It was great to return to the meet after a year off!
