Adam was just under 26.0 seconds at the Santa Clara Pro Series this morning and made it back in the A final. He'll race it up tonight!

Hannah swam two nice fly time trials lowering her own team record to 1:00.77 in the 100 m fly and later swam 2:12.45 which was under the trials standard also. Gwen recorded a 1:14 in the 100 breast and Cass went 4:23 in the 400. All done and successful trip!
Hannah had a really fine swim tonight! She stayed cool and collected and really finished strong.
Cassy swam a brilliant mile at the AT&T Winter Nationals recording a new team and state record 16:10.59. She's fourth before the last heat races tonight and will score for sure!
Hannah Saiz was out faster than prelims at 25.0 and finished at 53.4 a tenth faster than this morning! Great swim! Tomorrow all three will race Cass has the mile, Hannah the 200 fly and Gwen has the 200 breast
