Schroeder thrived and survived a tough and exciting 4 day 13 & Over State Championship meet this weekend at Pleasant Prairie! There were some outstanding swims and multiple Top 10 finishes! Schroeder placed 3rd Overall at the 2020 Wisconsin 12 & Under State Meet! The 11-12 girls won their age group and the 11-12 Boys placed 2nd in their age group. Schroeder raced to a hard-earned 2nd place finish at the 40th Annual A+ meet held this last weekend! The competition has never been tougher as some of the best teams in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota participated. On a cold and windy day, Schroeder stayed nice and warm at Aug Prep! 115 of Schroeder's finest competed in the Royal Court Pentathlon to see who would be crowned as King and Queen of the Pool! The Schroeder YMCA Swim Team has been recognized as a Bronze Medal Club by USA Swimming based on results from the 2019 year. USA Swimming's Club Excellence program is a measuring stick that compare's all of USA Swimming's member clubs in 18 & U perfromance.
