  Jorgensen Captures Gold for Back-to-Back WTS Yokohama Titles May 17, 2014 by USA Triathlon   YOKOHAMA, Japan — U.S. National Team member and 2012 Olympian Gwen Jorgensen picked up her first ITU World Triathlon Series title of the year and second-straight win in Yokohama on Saturday.   Master coach Bob Gillett paid Schroeder a visit this week.  He is working with our team on the basics of great underwater kicking.  Tonight's session was very informative and packed with great information.  Schroeder gets this service from USA Swimming as an acknowledgement of our team's performance in the recent years.  Bob coached USA Gold Medalist Misty Hyman.

Schroeder is swimming well and racing hard in West Lafayette, IN at Purdue's fine facility.   Schroeder was well represented in the finals tonight on Saturday.  Rina, Holly, Ashlyn, Gwen, Carolyn and Mason all had fine second swims and all moved up from their prelim spots. The REAL excitement is to capture the heat winner rubber duck that are handed out in the prelims it turns out.  SSTY got more than its fair share of the ducks in the first two days.  Schroeder will race in prelims tomorrow and scratch...
