Master coach Bob Gillett paid Schroeder a visit this week. He is working with our team on the basics of great underwater kicking. Tonight's session was very informative and packed with great information. Schroeder gets this service from USA Swimming as an acknowledgement of our team's performance in the recent years. Schroeder is swimming well and racing hard in West Lafayette, IN at Purdue's fine facility. Schroeder was well represented in the finals tonight on Saturday. Rina, Holly, Ashlyn, Gwen, Carolyn and Mason all had fine second swims and all moved up from their prelim spots. The REAL excitement is to capture the heat winner rubber duck that are handed out in the prelims it turns out. SSTY got more than its fair share of the ducks in the first two days.
