Schroeder Soaks up the Sun at NCSA Age Group Champs!

Schroeder sent 21 athletes to the NCSA Age Group Championships in Orlando, Florida last week! 

This meet is a great stepping stone between the Wisconsin State meets and YMCA Nationals! 

This is our second year attending this meet and the first time in its original prelim/final format. 

There were 3 main goals going into this competition:

1) HAVE FUN!!! This was an amazing opportunity to race the best age group athletes in the country! 

2) Experience a Travel Meet! For the majority of the group this was their first travel meet experience! For others, it was their first prelim/final travel meet. 

3) Experience the Next Level of Competition! This was a very challenging meet where it took very fast times to make it into finals! We weren't in Wisconsin anymore!! 

Overall, this group accomplished all three of these goals! The best part of the meet was seeing all of the smiles with friends during each of the sessions! 

Next year will be very exciting because of the efforts of this group!!
