SSTY at Nationals Day 1 Finals

 
Alex led off with a good swim at 56.2 in the C final and dropped .2 from her morning effort.  The boys grabbed 13th in the 4 x 100 Free Relay at 3:30.24 Nick 52, Adam 51, Trevor 53 and Wes 53.

Tomorrow, Alex is up in the 200 M Free, Ashlyn has the 200 M back and then Nick and Adam are in the 50 M Fly.

Unfortunately, Hannah's fracture has caused her to withdraw from the meet and she's headed home for some well earned R & R.
