2014 Central Zone LSC Multi-Cultural /Diversity Camp Information.

This packet includes a check off list Attendee information sheet to send to the host, Medical Form, and Talent Release Form. You will need to include your LSC application as part of this packet. If you do not have a LSC application you may contact Angela Monty at amonty@ymcafoxcities.org for a generic application in word format to use and/or edit for your LSC. In the future you will be receiving the a complete camp agenda and other updated information. We are looking forward to 100% participation at the CZ Camp this summer!!!!
