Dear Masters,

This fall I will be leaving the Schroeder program. I will be moving to Virginia where I will be the Assistant Coach at Emory & Henry College and also will be starting my own swim club. Though I did not coach you guys for long, it was a pleasure to have had the opportunity to be your coach. All of you show such a dedication to the sport of swimming and it still amazes me. You have to be crazy to wake up at the crack of dawn and go jump into a cold pool to swim back and forth and I respect each and every one of you for making that commitment. Not only do you have the energy to swim that early, but you do it with such energy and exuberance. You guys are a prime example of what a Masters Swim Team is all about, swimmers of all ages and abilities, with all different goals, coming together and creating a fun environment for all that are involved. It was a blast coaching you guys and thank you again for welcoming me into your group.
