Mania Podiums At US Open, Medley Relay 11th

Adam finished 8th in the 100 m back at the US Open and then turned around to deliver a decent breast stroke split on the Medley minutes later.  Mitchell led with a 56.0, Adam turned a 1:05, Ellis was 54.7 and Carl Anchored in 51+ for a total of 3:48.55.

The last day of the meet is coming and we finish with Jake Kalinowski and Alex in the 50 and Cass in the Mile.
