SSTY Rocking the House at 2013 WI 13 & Over LC State Meet (Day 1)

Schroeder has been rocking the house so far at the 13 & Over LC state meet.  Notable highlights from Day 1:

Ashlyn Schoof finished 1st in the 13-14 Girl’s 100 Freestyle with a new WI State and team record time of 57.88.

Carolyn Jungers finished 1st in the 15-16 Girl’s 100 Freestyle with a time of 58.55.

Katie Taylor finished 7th in the same event with a time of 1:00.71

Jon Marsh finished 1st in the 15-16 Boy’s 100 Freestyle with a time of 52.90.

Kevin Ewald finished 3rd in the 17 & Over Boy’s 100 Freestyle with a time of 53.42.

Carolyn Jungers finished 1st in the 15-16 Girl’s 200 Breast with a time of 2:41.80.

Kelly Howell finished 6th in the same event with a time of 2:49.92.

Collin Siverhus finished 3rd in the 15-16 Boy’s 200 Breast with a 2:32.16 (just off his morning personal best of 2:31.76)

Joseph Wenszell finished 5th in the 13-14 Boy’s 200 Butterfly with a new team record time of 2:20.67.

Mason Schoof, Isaac Jiardini and Joseph Wenszell finished 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively in the 13-14 Boy’s 800 Freestyle (Schoof - 9:04.17, Jiardini - 2:12.28, Wenszell - 9:22.03)

Rachael Wenszell finished 7th in the 15-16 Girl’s 800 Free with a time of 9:40.93.

Michael Mills finished 6th in the 15-16 Boy’s 800 Free with a time of 9:07.01.

Tyler Lustig finished 7th in the same event with a time of 9:12.85.

Chandler Lewis finished 3rd in the 17 & Over Boy’s 800 Free with a time of 8:52.90.

The 13-14 Boy’s 200 Medley Relay team of Isaac Jiardini, Owen Hallmark, Joseph Wenszell and Mason Schoof finished 2nd with a time of 2:00.18

The Senior Boy’s 200 Medley Relay team of Kevin Ewald, Bradley Cowan, Wes Manz and Phil Davies finished 1st with a time of 1:48.59.
