Schroeder well represented at 2013 NASA Elite Showcase Classic

We have had some great swims from Schroeder swimmers so far.  Kaylyn Schoof won the 200 and 500 yard freestyles; and took down the meet and WI state records in the process.  Mason Schoof won the 500 yard freestyle in an impressive 5:01.00 and took 2nd in the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 10:18.52 in a distance showdown.  More to come later.

Day 1 Highlights from Finals
Kaylyn Schoof finished 2nd in the 10 & under girl’s 50 yard backstroke with a time of 30.40. 
Isaac Jiardini finished 8th in the 13 year old boy’s 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:01.01. 
Grace Gavronski finished 8th in the 12 year old girl’s 50 yard breaststroke with a time of 32.75. 
Justin Liang finished 6th in the 11 year old boy’s 50 yard breaststroke with a time of 34.22. 
Kaylyn Schoof finished 1st in the 10 & under girl’s 500 yard freestyle with a time of 5:26.38.
Justin Liang finished 9th in the 11 year old boy’s 50 yard freestyle with a time of 27.04.
Mason Schoof finished 5th in the 12 year old boy’s 50 yard freestyle with a time of 24.30.
Adam Wenszell finished 8th in the 11 year old boy’s 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 12:04.09.
Mason Schoof finished 2nd in the 12 year old boy’s 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 10:18.52.

Mason Schoof finished 10th in the 12 year old boy’s 200 yard IM with a time of 2:13.75.
Isaac Jiardini finished 8th in the 13 year old boy’s 200 yard IM with a time of 2:06.25.
Heather Smallpage finished 6th in the 13 year old girl’s 50 yard backstroke with a time of 28.89.
Kaylyn Schoof finished 1st in the 10 & under girl’s 200 yard freestyle with a time of 2:04.01.
Seth Johnson finished 10th in the 11 year old boy’s 500 yard freestyle with a time of 5:45.51.
Mason Schoof finished 1st in the 12 year old boy’s 500 yard freestyle with a time of 5:01.00.
