Abigail Raatz at YMCA High Performance Camp

Abigail Raatz is putting in some big work at the 2011 YMCA High Performance Camp in Sarasota, FL.  Abi has sent me her training log and she's been doing some major work coming off a hugely successful summer season.  Schroeder swimmers in the past have also reported big workloads and great experiences at the camp - great job!
