Paralympian Alex Dionne Breaks A.R.

Paralympian Alex Dionne shattered his own American Record in the 1650 recording a time of 19:02.16 in an Invitational at the University of Chicago while racing for the UW-Whitewater squad.  An amazing effort that indicates a new level of fitness and the ability to go sub-5:00 in the 400 M!
