This program is designed with an emphasis on one-meter springboard diving. Participants will not only increase their ability on one meter but will have an opportunity to learn skills on the trampoline, dry board, overhead spotting rig, 3-meter springboards, and platforms. Practice will be held at the nationally renowned Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center which has all of the tools available to effectively and efficiently teach the skills needed for advancement. Registration is completed online at the AAU Diving Website (https://aausports.org/Membership) for $20 for Athlete Membership. Registration is good from September 1, 2023 - to August 31, 2024. Frequently Asked Questions:
What type of diving equipment does the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center have?
- 2 one-meter springboards
- 2 three-meter springboards
- 3, 5, 7.5, and 10-meter platforms
- Trampoline & Dryboard with overhead spotting rig

Why choose this program over other summer diving camps?
Most camps are good and in most camps you will learn dives in a week or two that you attend. The problem arises when the diver doesn't have a coach that knows the techniques that were taught at that week-long dive camp. Divers tend to lose those acquired skills without consistent training. With this program, you will get consistent training over two months.
